Weight Loss Hypnotherapist

I am a weight loss hypnotherapist who has specialised in this area over the last 4 years. I have even devised a program, Slim Naturally which has been very effective at helping people loose weight. Most of my clients find that they require 3 to 4 sessions of hypnotherapy but nearly everyone finds that the change occurs after the first session itself. This is most important when dealing with weight loss, as an immediate shift or change in ones eating habits or exercise habits, increasing the individual’s confidence that they can make changes permanently. The ultimate aim of the weight loss hypnotherapist is to help their clients to change their eating habits for long term and to help them to regulate the amount of exercise they do to a level where they notice the benefits to their physical as well as mental health.

Most people don’t know what to eat, drink and how much exercise to do to have a healthy and fit body and mind. The weight loss hypnotherapist has to remove the blocks at an unconscious level so that the client can make the necessary changes easily and comfortably. It is not a diet. Everyone knows that if you eat more calories than you burn off then you will put on weight and if you eat fewer calories than your body needs you will lose weight. Most people want to lose weight quickly but the truth is that losing weight is a long term process. If you can sustain a way of eating and exercise that even uses up 100 or 200 calories a day more than you eat you WILL LOSE WEIGHT.  If you cut back on 200 calories a day, the equivalent of a small chocolate bar, ice cream or 4 plain biscuit or 2 chocolate biscuits you would lose one and half stone, that's 21lbs over a year.

With the help of the weight loss hypnotherapist you can make all the changes you need and sustain them so they become the way that you eat naturally. It's not about denying yourself anything or thinking about food being 'good' or 'bad' it's about making the choices that suits you, knowing when you're full and stopping. Stop reacting to emotional eating and enjoy the freedom to think about the more positive things in life rather than the food you shouldn't be eating.
