Getting ready to embark on a promotion of the Slim Naturally programme. New and improved. Having not done one for some years it's great to come back to it with a fresh approach and use the techniques I have learnt to amazing effect. What once took 6 sessions I am now covering in 3 and they are powerful.

I have got my colleague Elaine Rudden on board. A brilliant hypnotherapist with 13 years experience. We work in slightly different ways which seems to really compliment each others style. We tackle all the major eating problems rapidly finding solutions. We've even found ways that are more effectively in a group situation than one to one. 

We will be up and running soon and I will give an update as to the efficacy of the group therapy compared to one to one sessions.
